Simplis Technologies, Inc. announces today the release of the latest version of its market-leading simulation engine. Version 6.1 solidly supports our efforts to provide our power electronics customers the best tools for virtual prototyping.

Updates in this version include improvements to the waveform viewer, schematic and model management, and adds per-cycle waveform measurements. Major enhancements to the Design Verification Module provide support for SIMetrix, user-defined testplans and multiple sources and loads.

The SIMPLIS simulator has been updated to include discrete Infinite Impulse Response (IIR) filters as well as .POST_PROCESS and .FILE/.ENDF syntax support, allowing for schematic-defined waveform post-processing.

The SIMetrix simulator now supports script based multi-step runs as well as version 1.02 of the PSP MOS model.

Evaluation licenses for SIMPLIS 6.1 may be requested from http://simplistechnologies.com/product/evaluation. There is no charge to update to the new release for existing SIMPLIS customers with current maintenance.
