SIMetrix/SIMPLIS v8.0 Release

Simplis Technologies, Inc. announces the release of SIMetrix/SIMPLIS 8.0. New features introduced in version 8.0 include major enhancements to the SIMetrix/SIMPLIS User Interface and Schematic Editor. New XY probes and Per-Cycle probes have been added along with new multi-level models of capacitors and inductors with the ability to represent multiple devices in parallel. SIMPLIS has a new Monte Carlo log file that displays actual parameter values and the corresponding deviation from nominal for each Monte Carlo simulation run. The new SIMPLIS VH module enables co-simulation between SIMPLIS and Verilog-HDL. The Design Verification Module (DVM) has been significantly enhanced with the ability to launch Multi-Step and Monte Carlo simulations from a DVM testplan.
